If you have more than one keyword, you can use hyphens & create it like seo-services, seo-help, seo-you-site etc.
The other approach will be using the other important keywords in the names of the files and directories.

Try to avoid the use of too much flash in your site design; it will slow down the site speed. Focus more on giving a rich content on each page. Too much duplicate content will not help you in your quest for better search engine rankings.
