    Often when someone has suffered a very traumatic event they will experience anxiety and become overly anxious about things. This is a very normal reaction to the stress that a person can feel when reliving the event over in their mind and in their daily life and activities. When someone suffers from PTSD and anxiety together, this can be a very different thing from what most may term normal anxiety. Someone that suffers from PTSD and anxiety from the event and from the illness may discover that daily living is almost if not nearly impossible. The person can become very depressed and not feel like doing anything. Keep asking questions, get help, and continue to take therapy and treatments. Become an active person in your treatment and recovery, that is one of the best things that you can do after you have gotten help. Do not stop until you are well, work hard to get your life back the way it was before your event. Then you will be once again a very active and healthy normal everyday average person in society once again, not someone who is struggling from a anxiety disorder and traumatic induced illness.
