Your Opportunity For Financial Freedom Is Fading Away
Published July 13th, 2008Each day you are faced with expenses and costs, but it is not only the costs and expenses you see that will keep you poor and average. No it is the invisible costs that will keep you from reaching your greatness. You must understand that each day that you procrastinate the door to your Financial Freedom Closes a little more. This is not only your door but the door for you children, their children and on and on. The great wealth builders of the world know this concept and practice this every day of their lives. Whey will you take action.
Are you one of the 20% of Americans that admit to being a chronic procrastinator? If you are you need to change your ways immediately if you plan on reaching a goal of Wealth Building and Financial Freedom. This is no joke and I wish I was a better writer so I could properly outline the importance of taking action. Remember the choice is yours. Will you work until 65 years old and then live on a budget? Why there are much better ways to build wealth and prepare for the future. Take the first step and STOP PROCRASTINATING.
Did you know that 330 people are turning 60 years hold every hour! This is bad news for you. This means that a large part of the tax paying base is retiring and your taxes are going to have to go up. Not only are taxes going up but other costs will now increase as well. By now you have seen your utilities go up, your fuel bill go up, your food bills go up and on and on. So in reality you are taking a cut in salary. Are you ready to take action and work towards your Wealth Building and achieving Financial Freedom? Time is running out.
You need to find Your Why. Find a reason to motivate yourself to take action. For most the thought of spending more time with your family and less time playing corporate games is enough motivation. While others will need to find their Why. You see no matter what you do in life you will have challenges and your Why must be big enough for you to overcome those challenges and not quit.
Just having a why for most is not enough. You also need to find someone that has designed a complete system for you to plug into and follow to reach success. The problem is that most systems are really not systems, they are a couple of steps that allows 3% to 5% to be successful. That is not a system, that is a joke. What most will tell you is that you must build your business yourself and give you a number of ideas to help you but no clear road map on how to get there. My advice is to choose your system well and take action in your Wealth Building System to achieve Financial Freedom.
There are many methods to focus your self for success. My favorite is to make a list of your biggest time wasters These are the things in your life that do not make you money and you do because there is nothing else to do. Yes TV is the big one. Put in it on the list of things to stop doing until you have reached Financial Freedom. Then make a list of 15 to 20 items that you will do when you reach your Wealth Building goals. This second list will be the list the that keeps you focused. Make sure to put a date on each item and hold yourself accountable.
Now you need to find your Wealth Building opportunity. A good program will have multiple tiers for you to make money. This allows you to maximize your money making opportunities. Here a few to stay away from: Real Estate - too difficult for the beginner, Network Marketing that sells non-Pharmaceutical Grade vitamins…this is a disaster waiting to happen, Anything that says their system will do all the work for you…RUN AWAY, selling software in a network marketing mode….software is substandard at best…flash in the pan…very short term, travel programs…dime a dozen…taxes are too high and never included in package you are going to sell. Stay true to your ethics and pick a great product.
Now it is time to pick your mentor. This will be the single greatest factor in deciding if you will succeed. They should be using the newest technologies, have sales experience at the executive level with Corporate America and have mentors that are Multi-Millionaires. This will be your best chance for success.
The ball is in your court now. Take action immediately and see you on the beaches.
